Giving Back

I’ve chosen to support the amazing and transformative work Nasreen Sheikh is doing by donating 1% of my total sales to the Empowerment Collective, so that she can continue to build learning centres, educate communities and empower women in rural Nepal to make the changes they need in their lives.

I also volunteer with Business Declares who work with the business sector to accelerate action to address climate change, biodiversity loss and social injustice. Our most recent project - the Queue for Climate and Nature - saw hundreds of businesses gather on London's Millennium Bridge to call for urgent governmental climate action by signing an open letter to UK political parties.

next steps

I’m on a continuous sustainability journey because as a small business it’s hard financially to achieve everything at once, despite wanting to. These are my objectives for 2024:

• Work with a partner to move my website to a green host to run on on 100% renewable power.

• Reduce the CO2 emissions from my business travel and track every trip so reductions can be made again the following year.
